Meme Gold is presented on the live website as MemGold64. It is a community landing page combining gold-themed imagery, a meme collage, humorous character cards, project introduction, token-information content, and social links.
My website contribution is the translation of that identity into a responsive, section-based experience with straightforward navigation and small useful interactions.
The brief combines dense imagery and deliberately expressive typography. The interface still needs to communicate a hierarchy: recognize the brand, understand the introduction, find the project information, and reach the community.
The challenge was to let the brand remain playful while giving visitors a clear path through the content.
| User | Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Visitor | Recognize the project and explore its introduction |
| Community member | Find the social and community channels |
| Returning user | Copy the displayed contract identifier quickly |
The flow above describes the product journey. The following sections explain the implementation and the boundaries of this case study.
| Capability | How it appears in the product |
|---|---|
| Brand introduction | MemGold64 banner and visual identity |
| Project storytelling | About content and token-information sections |
| Character cards | Humorous themed presentation cards |
| Contract identifier | Displayed identifier with a copy control |
| Social navigation | Community and external platform links |
The application is a Next.js and React website using JavaScript and Tailwind CSS. The project’s visual sections are component-oriented, with public assets supporting the collage, banner, logos, and character imagery.
The important interface boundary is between on-page content and external destinations. A visitor can read the introduction and navigate sections locally, while community and market links clearly leave the website. The copy control supports a specific task without forcing a user to select a long identifier manually.
| Layer | Technology |
|---|---|
| Framework | Next.js and React |
| Language | JavaScript |
| Styling | Tailwind CSS |
| Delivery | Vercel |
| Decision | Reason |
|---|---|
| Expressive identity | Use imagery and typography to communicate the project’s tone |
| Simple page structure | Keep recognizable introduction, about, and information sections |
| Copy control | Reduce friction for an identifier-oriented task |
| Consistent social links | Make community destinations easy to find |
Visual density can make mobile layouts and text contrast harder to manage. The site benefits from checking those details separately from whether the page looks striking on a desktop.
Character cards are part of the creative presentation. This case study does not assert that depicted public figures are actual staff or endorsers, and it does not verify token-economic or contract-audit statements.
Expressive brand work still needs practical interaction design. Small controls, readable sections, and predictable navigation make a themed website easier to use.
